Application:
Instead of rubber waterproof belt,"Aotai"
waterproof band is widely used in waterproof
of basement, cave, mine, bridge, tunnel,
subway, dam, reservoir and sewage treatment plant, etc.
Working procedure:
Clean the surface of crack after it is dry, stick "Aotai" band (it is viscosity) on the crack, or fix band by nail while stick vertically, tie up the bands by lead wire if connected, then you may get into next phase of pouring concrete.
Physical performance:
1. Expanding rate: 200% (Max: 450%~500%)
2. No oozing at 150°C, no cracking at -25°C
3. Water pressure resistance: 1.5Mpa/20x30mm
4. Density: 1.2~1.3g/cm2
5. Elongation rate at break:≥100%
