| Specifications︰ | The function of rubber corrosion resistant lining is to
protect metal or other substance from being corroded by
all sorts ofmediums. Different kinds of rubber resistant
linings can not only used to resist the eroding of acid,
alkali, mineral salt and various organic substances, but
also have the excellent general properties such as good
elasticity, wear-resistance, impact-resistance, and adhe-
siveness between metal and other substances.
Rubber corrosion resistant linings are widely used
on petroleum industry, chemical industry, fertilizer,
electric power, food, medicine and environmental
protection industry. Such as various kinds of acid and
alkali storage tanks, reactors and terrace isolators used
in petroleum, chemical and fertilizer industry; trans-
porting tanks used on ships, trains and trucks; electro-
bathes used in hydrometallurgy and chlorine alkali in-
dustry; soften water equipments used in electric power
and boiler industry; pickling system used in rolling
mills; bear, soy vinegar storage tanks; pharmacy
equipments; desulphuration equipments used in
firepower plant; corrosion resistant and seepage-
resistance layer used in sewage puificationj and so on.
Our company has developed and manufactured
various kinds of rubber corrosion resistant linings such as pre-vulcanized linings（or compound linings） with main body of isohutylene-isoprene rubber (IIR) and chloroprene rubber (CR)；self-vulcanizing linings with main body of chloroprene rubber and isohutylene-isoprene rubber；pre-vulcanied(or steam and hot water vulcanization) low Ca2+、Mg2+ linings with main body of isohutylene-isoprene rubber and natural rubber；hard rubber linings with main body of natural rubber.
